If you afford to stay at Park Hyatt, you are lucky to have a choice of lodgings anywhere you go. Our first experience here was memorable from the moment we walked in the revolving door. First off we were surprised with an upgrade to a suite that connects to a deluxe room for our kids. We had originally requested connecting rooms which were guaranteed. All the staff we encountered were amazing. A lady guest in the hotel lift complemented my wife's outfit which made her stay! The location is excellent for touring, shopping and eating. Its next to the Duomo, Galleria and short walk from Via Montenapoleone if you are looking for some luxury goods. Most stores will send your shopping back to the hotel for you the same day at no extra cost. Overall, a great experience!
