I recently purchased a product from Smokey bear inc and I must say, it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I had some issues with the product itself. It arrived damaged and the customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. I hope they can improve their product quality and customer support.
