I popped in today with some damages to a ceiling fan in the hopes of getting some advice, and replacement parts. I got all of this and more. Firstly I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and informed that Sylvester, one of the sales people would assist me. Having explained my situation (I accidentally broke a glass cover trying to install a light bulb into the ceiling fan, only to have the remote unit blow once said bulb was installed), Sylvester took the situation to the manager (owner?) of the business, Tyrone Lipman. Mr Lipman, offered to replace the glass cover AND supply me with a new remote control unit and remote at no charge. He, along with every staff member that I interacted with were very professional, friendly, and wiling to assist.
Well done to all the employees, You can be VERY proud of one another. As a FMCG sales person, I really appreciate excellent service and this visit made my day!
Might pop round one day soon for a Coke-Cola, if only to see the massive memorabilia collection in Mr Lipman's office once again and enjoy the splendid service.
