Pathetic behaviour of staff some of the staff including ARM dont know how to be in hospitality buisness , Rude to the core dont know how to behave , if taking 100 percent Advance and nisbehaving with guests assuming they cannot do anything is behaviour i think hotel industries pYment terms need to be reconsidered
Totally disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone i wish there were zero stars
