I recently used a company that claims to give people a chance to 'earn a break'. While I appreciate the concept, I wasn't impressed with the execution. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall experience was lacking. The products were average, and the customer support was slow to respond. I expected more from this service.
