I had an average experience with Sunbright Designs Inc. The quality of their products is good, but their customer service needs improvement. The website is easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I had a question about my order, it took them a long time to respond. Overall, I would say their products are decent, but they could work on their customer support.
