I had a pretty average experience with Blickwechsel. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to find the information I needed easily. However, I was not impressed with the quality of the products I ordered. Overall, Blickwechsel is just an average company in my opinion.
