I had a mixed experience with Superblume. While the website was easy to use and the flowers arrived on time, the arrangement was not as fresh as I expected. Some of the flowers wilted within a few days. The customer service team was quick to address my concerns and offered a replacement bouquet, which was much better. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.
