I have been a customer of Omt inc for several years and I have had a mixed experience. While their website, omtinc.com, is easy to use and navigate, their customer service can be hit or miss. There have been instances where my queries took a long time to get resolved, but there were also times when they were very responsive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
