Virtual Desk is not what I expected at all. I've been using their services for a few months now, and I have to say that I'm very disappointed. The virtual assistants are unresponsive and unprofessional. There have been numerous instances where they have made mistakes in my tasks, causing me inconvenience. I would not recommend Virtual Desk to anyone.
