Avoid the service department at all costs. They cannot fix BMW's reliably. I had problems as simple as noisy wheel bearings that a generic shop fixed in 2 hours yet the SF BMW said they could not find. They gave my car a 'blessing' and 1 week later the steering box was so jammed that I could not make a right hand turn. Not very talented and tend to perform peace-meal work to keep you coming back over and over. More of a 'typical' Santa Fe business model, i.e. unprofessional and amateurish.
