I have mixed feelings about Modern Inconveniences....

I have mixed feelings about Modern Inconveniences. On one hand, their products are great and the website is easy to navigate. On the other hand, the customer service is lacking. It takes a long time to get a response and when you do, it's not always helpful. If they improve their customer support, I would be more inclined to recommend them.
