I ordered a custom Mini-Mighty Wallet (I think literally the smallest purchase on the site). I ordered it around Christmas and it was delayed by a week through no fault of Dynomighty. Terrence walked me through the package's progress step-by-step, and let me know when he thought it would be delivered.They went above and beyond (especially considering that it was such a small order), and when the wallet finally did arrive it was beautiful.
