I am a CUSTOMER of BATON and overall, I had an average experience with them. The website (baton8.com) was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and it took a while for my issues to be resolved. Nevertheless, the product itself was of good quality and met my expectations. I appreciate the efforts of the team at BATON but there is definitely room for improvement.
