I recently visited Brandywine Conference & Visitors Bureau and I must say, I was disappointed. The website brandywinecountry.org looked promising, but the actual experience fell short. The information provided on the site was outdated and the customer service was lacking. I expected more from a company that claims to promote tourism in the area. Overall, it was an average experience.
