I have been a customer of 9habitat intel·ligent for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. Although their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I have had some issues with their customer support. The response time is often slow and the representatives don't always seem knowledgeable about the products. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating. They have room for improvement.
