The service provided by Kubota Materials Canada Corporation is satisfactory. The products are of good quality and the delivery was on time. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The staff could be more friendly and proactive in addressing customer concerns. Nonetheless, I would consider doing business with them again.
