We stay at The Breeze in Gulf Shores for a week beginning June 20. We were contacted about an hour to our check in time and advised that the cleaning crew was running behind. We waited an additional hour and a half to go to our unit. When we got there the unit had still not been cleaned. I called to complain and the gentleman who answered the call was not understanding and somewhat controversial. The cleaning crew arrived only to chain the bed linens and brings in bath towels. They did not disinfect the bathrooms or clean the counters in the kitchen. The living room furniture is dated and worn out as is the patio chairs. This was our first time going through Meyers and feel it will be our last. They were not sympathetic to our needs nor were they accommodating.
