I have been a customer of Seneca Railroad And Mining CO for several years now, and I must say that their service is truly average. They have their ups and downs, but overall, it's an okay experience. I appreciate their prompt response to my inquiries and their efforts to resolve any issues that arise. However, there have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. I hope they can improve their customer support in the future.
