Not many recruiter will sit down and understand your past experience and future aspiration as Jonathan. Upon getting to know me, he had proposed a job which had met majority of the criteria. It really shows that Jonathan truly takes the time to understand my preference and interest before sharing the proposed job details rather than proposing jobs which is not aligned with my long term goals.
