I never feel welcomed by the staff.

I never feel welcomed by the staff.
They don t seem interested in thinking...this person is here for 1 hour let me make their experience the best it can be.
Instead I m told all the closed items ( even though art exhibit was still open for another 10-15 minutes. ).

And as the 5 o clock moment arises I m told I need to leave the emergency after hours exit. It was 5:00:12.

You will need to use the after hours exit .

No hi unfortunately our facility is closed and we open again tomorrow. I hope you enjoyed your visit and hope you will return .

I just feel like a bother a inconvenience to the staff.
