I had an average experience with Insurance Providers. The website insproviders.com was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to receive a resolution to my claim. Overall, I would say they are an adequate insurance company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
