My husband and I made reservations at this hotel. We were up front and advised them we were coming in from the States. We also advised then we had a dog with us. When I entered the lobby to register I encountered a male who stood as far away from me as possible. He treated me like I had the plague. He advised me that they did not want us there. I had an altercation with him because we had just driven from Florida in two days and were physically and mentally exhausted. We were given a room and told we could not leave the room under any circumstances. I advised him that I had not completed my dog's toilet training therefore did he have any suggestions as to where my dog could go to relieve herself. We stayed there for one night only and were able to find welcoming accommodations in another town. This person totally over reacted and made our stay hell. We were dealing with so much stress already and did not need this despicable person making it worse.
