I was not impressed with my recent interaction with Arsenal. Although their website myarsenal.co is user-friendly, their customer service was lackluster. I had some issues with my order, and it took a long time to get the problem resolved. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
