I recently collaborated with a music and recording company on a project, and I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the experience. The staff at West End Music And Recording were friendly, but I felt that they lacked the attention to detail and professionalism that I was expecting. The quality of the recordings was average, and I believe there is room for improvement in their overall service. While not terrible, I would caution others to manage their expectations when working with this company.
