The dealership experience is acceptable and have done everything in their power to make the experience as best as possible. There is little issue with the Coleman dealership.

The experience with the product from the manufacturer is not acceptable. It s disappointing to visit a dealership to repair a major issue on a new car. A vehicle that s four months young with ~6200 miles having major mechanical engine issues is a serious concern on quality, craftsmanship, reliability and longevity. There is little confidence the vehicle will not require additional significant repairs in the reasonable future.

Overall, I am unsettled and anxious on the vehicles ability to perform as designed. Will it be able to consistently and reliably transport my family with four young children to school, shopping, sports, vacations, doctor appointments, etc?
