I recently attended a first aid course offered by Para - Pickering Auxiliary Rescue Association. While the course covered all the basics, I found it to be somewhat lacking in advanced techniques. The instructor was knowledgeable, but I wish there was more emphasis on real-life scenarios. Overall, it was an average experience.
