I had an average experience with Ignite national. Their website ignitenational.org looks professional and the information provided is helpful. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and I felt like they didn't really understand my needs. Overall, they're an okay company, but there's room for improvement.
