As a CUSTOMER, I have been associated with the diocese for several years, and my experience has been largely positive. The staff has always been welcoming and attentive, and they make an effort to create a sense of community among the members. The diocese offers a variety of programs and services that cater to the spiritual needs of its members. However, there have been instances where I felt that the communication and responsiveness could be better. Overall, I am happy with my association with the Catholic diocese of jackson.
