I recently visited a local optical store that specializes in eyewear and accessories. Their website was quite detailed and informative, providing insight into their products and services. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The staff seemed knowledgeable but lacked warmth and friendliness, making the interaction feel transactional. Additionally, the variety of eyewear options was decent, but I felt that the prices were slightly on the higher side compared to other optical stores in the area. Despite this, the quality of the glasses I purchased was satisfactory, and they were able to accommodate my prescription needs accurately. Overall, while Memphis Optical has its positives, I believe there are other options in the market that offer a more personalized and affordable experience.
