I recently used a staffing agency found through an online search. The website was fairly easy to navigate, and I was able to submit my resume and apply for positions quickly. However, I was hoping for more personalized attention and communication. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I would have appreciated more proactive updates on the status of my applications. Overall, the process was just average. I did receive some job opportunities, but I felt that the overall experience could have been more attentive and transparent. I hope that they can improve their communication and customer service in order to better assist their clients in the future.
