I can't say enough good things about Techniques Ballet And Pilat! The instructors are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They create a welcoming and inspiring environment that makes learning ballet and pilates a joy. The classes are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to improve their technique and overall fitness.
