I recently used this company for a long-distance move, and it was a mixed experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information. However, the actual communication and coordination with the team felt a bit disorganized at times. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The moving crew was friendly and worked efficiently, but there were a few mishaps with some of my items. Overall, the service was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and handling belongings. 🚚📦
