My wife and I were in the process of refinancing our house and almost decided to continue with Bank of America, when Lauren Jung was recommended to us by a friend. Initially I was somewhat reluctant to go with a credit union since all my life I dealt with large, international banks such as Barclay s Bank in England, Bank of Montreal and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Canada, and JP Morgan Chase in the U.S. But an initial conversation with Lauren drastically altered my perspective. She was incredibly professional and efficient in laying down the terms and other details, but what is more important, I found her to be utterly credible. The rest, as one might say, is history. We have closed the loan with Member Home Loan last week and I am delighted to say it was all due to our interaction with Lauren. She was prompt, responsive and incredibly helpful during navigation through all the intricate details of the process. I have had my share of interactions with loan officers over the decades, and Lauren rates at the very top of that list. While I will continue with my banking with Chase, I will also continue to populate my new account with CFFCU on a monthly basis. Lauren is a great asset to any organization that chooses to seek her expertise and services. If I am in need of any more financing in the future for another home, she is my go to person.
