My stay at Horseshoe Bay Resort was average. The location was beautiful, but the service was a bit lacking. The staff was friendly, but there were times when they seemed overwhelmed and not able to provide quick assistance. The rooms were clean, but they could use some updating. The food at the resort's restaurants was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected more from Horseshoe Bay Resort.
