I've been a credit union member for many years now, but I recently switched from SchoolsFirst to another institution. While I had no major complaints about SchoolsFirst, the new credit union offers better rates and a more user-friendly online banking platform. I must say, I do miss the friendly staff at SchoolsFirst though.
