I have been using their services for a few months now and my experience has been mixed. There have been instances where I received prompt and satisfactory responses from their support team, but there were also times when the resolution of my issues took longer than expected. Overall, I would say Ensemble pour le développement humain is a reliable company but they could improve their customer support.
