I recently had the pleasure of staying at a health and spa resort and it was a decent experience. The facilities were average and the staff was polite. The spa treatments were alright and I felt somewhat rejuvenated. The food at the resort's restaurant was satisfactory, with a decent variety of options available. I would consider recommending this resort for a relaxing vacation.
