Scammers! They asked my spouse to pay the sum of 850 euros, assuring him that the company had validated the file and that he would have the attestation in the afternoon. It was December 27, 2018 ... They still have the money but we never received the certificate. It is March 14, 2019. We have asked for a refund but they are refusing as well. If others are in our case, we will file a complaint for fraud so do not hesitate to show up. In any case, go your way, really!
