I was diagnosed with anxiety four years ago and was referred to Deirdre Streufert. I have been working with her ever since. Her knowledge and experience with cognitive behavior therapy is outstanding. Four years ago I thought I was going crazy, she helped me understand what I was going though, I was not crazy- I was a normal person diagnosed with anxiety. She has taught me the tools I need in order to get back on track to living s beautiful life.

Her kindness and understanding are a huge bonus. She is always there, encouraging me to face my anxiety rather than hide from it. I would NOT be where I am today if it wasn t for her. If you or a loved one is struggling with anxiety, panic attacks ect. I highly recommend Deirdre, she is a gem whom I will treasure forever. I look forward to our sessions every month! 10/10
