I recently joined the University and College Union (UCU) and it has been a great experience so far. The organization provides excellent support for their members and really fights for our rights as academics. The resources and information they provide are invaluable and have helped me navigate various work-related issues. I highly recommend joining UCU if you are an academic looking for representation and support.
