I had an overall average experience with Rated. The customer service was decent and the website was easy to navigate. However, the product I received was not as expected. The quality was subpar and it didn't meet my expectations. The pricing was reasonable, but I would have expected better quality for the price. Hopefully, Rated takes customer feedback into account and improves their products.
