What a terrible company to do business with, while the customer service was fine, they were attentive, but ultimately have no power to help you. they sold us a book with the pre text that we would get a digital copy, so we paid a huge amount, waited patiently, called them only to tell us sorry, we ship the ebook code to you, so there is NO advantage to buying it from them or the ebook. as a student you buy the ebook for IMMEDIATE access, its such a backwards business practice, they are very little help avoid them at all costs, use amazon instead of your local book store or uni book store. even the customer service agent admitted how stupid the system was.
