I recently had the opportunity to experience the services at Physio Pilates, and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I expected more from the overall atmosphere. The sessions were effective, but I felt that they lacked creativity and variety in the exercises. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience overall.
