I have had good and bad days with the FOC, but they are usually quite helpful. The lines can be long at times, but after dealing with a state that does not have the FOC I will gladly wait. The FOC gets bad reviews because they have to enforce family court judgments. This is hard to do for anyone because no one wants to cause a family pain. However they are necessary, trust me, without the FOC children do suffer in lots of cases and in some a dangerous parent is not noticed until it is too late and they kill the child and themselves.
