I recently purchased a product from Eletrogoes s.a. and it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to use and I found what I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was not sturdy enough to protect the item. I hope they can improve on these aspects.
