All members of the service teams are helpful and friendly. This was my biggest takeaway. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with a bright restroom. The hotel's common areas are welcoming, with the bars/restaurants good spaces for socializing. Location is ideal near Beale St. Felt safe walking to and from the bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.
