joann stiles Review of San Luis Ambulance Service
Most unethical greed driven company. I had
Most unethical greed driven company. I had
the extreme misfortune of calling 911 and
then tried to cancel but my phone was without charge.
I told this to the female paramedic who
Insisted she wanted to just see if I was ok.
I told her I was, and apologized for the call.
She would not let me go even though I like everyone, had a legal right of refusal. Instead she lied, manipulated me to the ambulance and told me I had to go because it was an emergency. She said this when my foot was on the step of the ambulance and I for the third time said I did not need to go.
She opted to scare me into going so tbey would not have another "dry run", as I later learned. She led me to believe something lufe threatening was wrong with me.
The-second after they fastened the belt on me, she said-everything looked fine and then left me off at the hospital.
A most despicable woman who is the last person who should be a paramedic.
I never checked in at the hospital and THEY
Didn't try to force it and told me the paramedic
Should not have forced me.
I called a few days later and again had tbe extreme misfortune of talking to the so called
Manager, who admitted It was clear I tried to cancel the call, said they would not bill me,
Then tried to excuse her highly unethical,
Illegal conduct on her family issues, but when I said her conduct was unetihical, he tbreatened me and said now you have a huuuuuugggeee bill.
This company has the second highest rate in the state and are still unethical for money.
They size up who can pay and orchestrate it so those people compensate them for "dry ru s. She scared me to the extreme to meet their
Monatary goal and traumatized me.
If you live in that area they are a monopoly.
They should be put out of business.
Despicable conduct that taints every paramedic.
