I had an overall average experience with Zola design. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The pricing is reasonable compared to other similar companies. However, the customer service could be improved. I encountered some difficulties when trying to contact them regarding my order, and it took longer than expected to receive a response. Despite these issues, I appreciate their quick shipping and the packaging was satisfactory. I would consider using Zola design again in the future.
