This Hall and Woodhouse house oozes charm and style. Outside there are plenty of picnic benches and seating for warmer days. Views over Teign estuary and the Teignmouth seafront make for enjoyable dining.

The music room with its wood flooring and music score wallpaper welcomes guests with their well behaved dogs. Water bowls are provided and there is plenty of room for your pet to stretch out and make itself at home.

To add to the atmosphere candles were placed on each table.

Table service was excellent and attentive. Only let down by a lack of French mustard. English mustard was available.

The menu was extensive and ambitious but not pricey. Some courses had sold out and fresh supplies were expected later in the day.

Definitely worth a visit.
